Enrollment for Grade 7 to 10 for SY 2024-2025

Welcome to Dagupan City National High School - Junior High School.

This online enrollment is in accordance with Enclosure No.4 to DepEd Order No.007,s.2020 otherwise known as Learner Enrollment and Survey Form which was released on May 11, 2020.

This Enrollment and Survey Form shall be answered by the parent or guardian of the learner. Please provide the needed information in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS except for the e-mail address.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Sino ang dapat na mag-enroll online?

      a. ALL incoming Grade 7 learners (new, balik aral, transferee, and OHSP); and

      b. TRANSFEREE and BALIK ARAL LEARNERS ONLY for Grades 8 TO 10

2. Sino ang HINDI DAPAT na mag-enroll online?

     a. All learners who are PROMOTED and RETAINED to Grade 8, 9 and 10

          Kung ang inyong anak ay nag-aral sa DCNHS noong SY 2019-2020 (Promoted man o Retained) at nais paring ipagpatuloy ang kanyang pag-aaral sa DCNHS, ang inyong anak ay  AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED na. Ibig sabihin, hindi niyo na po kailangang mag-online enrollment.

     b. Learners who already registered during the Early Registration

         Kung nakapag-rehistro ka na noong Early Registration, hindi mo na kailangang mag-online enrollment.

3. Learners who want to enroll in the special programs such as Science, Technology and  Engineering Program (STE) and Special Program in the Arts (SPA) MUST undergo                                  

   screening BEFORE they can fill out this form.

   Kung nais mong mapabilang sa special programs tulad ng STE at SPA, DAPAT ka munang sumailalim sa screening bago mo sagutin ang mga katanungan sa online enrollment na  ito. 

DEFINITION OF TERMS:

1. Enhanced Basic Education Curriculum (Regular) - requires a general average of 75; does                                 

   not require oral interview and entrance exam.

2. Science, Technology and Engineering Program (STE) - requires final grade of 85 and                                    

   above in Science, Mathematics and English; and 83 and above in the other subjects; and                                   

   an overall average of 85 and above. It also requires oral interview and qualifying test as                                 

   part of the screening procedure.

3. Special Program in the Arts (SPA) - requires a general average of 83 and above, and no                               

   grade lower than 80 in any subject.It also requires oral interview and performance task as                             

   part of the screening procedure.

4. Balik-Aral learner – a learner who went back to school and resume study after year/years                                 

   of dropping out or discontinuing study. (Mag-aaral na nagbabalik eskwela matapos                                 

   mahinto sa pag-aaral ng isa o higit pang taon.)

5. Open High School Program (OHSP) – an alternative mode of secondary education that                           

   address learning problems of Student-At-Risk-of-dropping-out (SARDOs) who cannot join                                

   the regular class program due to justifiable reasons. These reasons may include physical                

   impairment, employment, distance of home to school, education design, family problems                               

   and the like.
